History
In central Indiana,
Hamilton County was formed in 1823 from the Delaware
New Purchase. Its county seat, Noblesville, is off I-69, about 20 miles NNE of
Indianapolis. Hamilton is bordered by the counties of
Tipton, Madison, Hancock, Marion, Boone and Clinton.
