Henry Culpepper being then very sick and weake of Body But in perfect memory and
understanding Did in the presence of us whose names are here underwritten
solemnly declare this to be his Last will and Testament Impirimis he giveth and
bequeatheth to his dear wife Dorothy Culpepper a lease of a house and land lying
and being att Bockin in Essex of 34 £
per Annum or thereabout, so long as his
Mother Eliza: Wentworth shall live. Item he giveth to his said wife
All the furniture of his lodging chamber which is matted and closett therein
Plate only excepted Item he giveth and bequeatheth to his brother Robert
Culpepper his watch and all his working appaume with all the Pictures in the
Dining Room his own and his wifes only excepted And them to desend to him after
his decease And alsoe maketh his said wife and Brother Dorothy and Robert sole
Executor and Executrix Joyntly and severally of his whole Estate the Premisses
