WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2000--Hispanic Television Network,
Inc. (OTCBB:HTVN) a Hispanic Television Media Network, announced today that
Lois Culpepper has been appointed as Vice President of Sales.
Ms. Culpepper has been general sales manager and interim general manager of
Telemundo, owned and operated KTMD-TV, Houston.

Ms. Culpepper was chosen for her experience and leadership in sales
management and her intimate knowledge in all aspects of the advertising
community.
Prior
to joining Telemundo, Ms. Culpepper was the highest billing account
executive for the ABC affiliate in Houston for 11 years and more recently
served as sales manager for Houston's NBC affiliate KPRC-TV and general sales
manager of CBS affiliate WJXT-TV. She has exceeded revenue budgets and
maximized sales throughout her career.
While
General Sales Manager of Telemundo's owned and operated KTMD-TV, she
restructured the sales department and turned KTMD-TV into the top performing
Telemundo O&O station. KTMD-TV was also the only station in the group to
exceed revenue budgets and outperform their respective market.
Ms. Culpepper was previously named sales person of the year by American
Women in Radio and Television and currently serves on the Board of Advisors.
