As Manager and Director of Houston Operations for LinCom Corporation, Bob Culpepper is
responsible for overall management and direction of the LinCom Corporation Houston
Operations. LinCom performs the Technology Development Contract for NASA which researches
and develops the state-of-the-art in information systems technology.
Prior to joining
LinCom he was employed by Barrios Technology for over 11 years, including serving as the
Vice President of Operations. Our companies have teamed on several occasions and our
corporate skills complement one another to promote the success of each. Dr. Culpepper
provides extensive, direct advice pertinent to managing this, and other similar contracts.
His knowledge of the industry and record of success stands as a strong asset to
ECOLOGICS.
Dr. Culpepper received his B.S. in Physics from Southwestern State University of Oklahoma
in 1963, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas in
1969 and 1971,
