 | Chip Culpepper, Top 40 Under 40: One of our Contributors, Chip has been named by Arkansas
Business as one of the top 40 leaders in the state under the age of 40.
Also, the 13 Apr 1999 edition of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports: "Steve
Mangan, founder and chairman of Mangan/Holcomb & Partners, has retired as chairman of
the Little Rock advertising, marketing and public relations firm and sold his stake in the
company. David Rainwater, vice president for media and client services, and C.C.
"Chip" Culpepper, vice president for creative services, have joined
Steve Holcomb as principals in the agency. Holcomb is now president of the firm. The
firm's name will be changed in the near future to reflect the new ownership." (AR)

Driver." This means that Monte has driven at least One Million Miles

Inventory Manager (CPIM), which is issued by APICS, The Educational Society for Resource
Management. This certification is attained by passing tests in Inventory Management,
Forecasting, Shop Floor Control, MRP, JIT, PAC and others. He has also served on the Board
of the MITE (Middle Tennessee) Chapter of APICS for almost every year since 1985 and has
held many offices, from Board Member to President. He is currently (as of May 1999) the
Vice President of Public Relations, which primarily entails publishing the monthly chapter
newsletter. He is also on the Board of Region XII (Tennessee and Kentucky) of APICS and
