Biography* Willie's grandson, William B. Culpepper, Jr., recalls, "Granddad moved from Atlanta where Dad was born and built his own wholesale grocery company with Dad, "Culpepper and Son." He then became president of the Citizens and Southern LaGrange Bank. He died in the early 50's of cancer."2
