Name Variation Thompson Culpepper was also known as Thomas.1
Birth*after 1748 Thompson was born at Edgecombe Co., North Carolina, after 1748.
He was the son of William Culpepper of Warren Co. GA and Sarah Culpepper
Miscellaneous*9 Oct 1769 The 1769 Alamance (Regulator's) Petition mentions a Thompson Culpepper, and my first guess is that this is a son of William Culpepper as his name was adjacent to Daniel Culpepper's in the list. Some have speculated that this might be Sampson Culpepper, but I have checked the original handwriting, and it sure looks like Thompson to me. [LWG] On 9 Oct 1769 at Anson Co., North Carolina.2
Tax roll*1780 Thompson registered to pay taxes at Montgomery Co., North Carolina, in 1780.1
