DNA* From DNA and genealogical evidence we conclude that Byron Eugene Culpepper is a descendant of Stephen Josephius Culpepper who is thought to be a son of Lemuel Culpepper of Jasper Co., GA. DNA suggests Lemuel descends (father unknown) from Benjamin Culpepper of Edgecombe Co., NC.
