(Omitted in this census was David's wife, Sarah).1

1860 Census2 Aug 1860 Sarah, Jeremiah, David, Elizabeth, Irvin and Mary listed as a household member living with David Culpepper of Macon Co., AL in the 1860 Census at Macon Co., Alabama.2 
Death*before 1865 He died before 1865. David probably died in the Civil War as his wife Elizabeth appears to have remarried G. W. Bowles and was the mother of G.W.'s children, the first of which was born in 1866..3
