DNA* From DNA and genealogical evidence we conclude that Arthur Otis Culpepper is a descendant of Henry Culpepper of Chattahoochee Co., GA, and that Henry is a grandson of James Culpepper of Nash and 2-great-grandson of Henry Culpepper of Lower Norfolk, VA.
