DNA* From DNA and genealogical evidence we conclude that Joseph Hilton Culpepper is a descendant of James Culpepper, Jr., of Darlington Co., SC, and that James Jr. is a grandson on Robert Culpepper, Jr. and 2-great-grandson of Henry Culpepper of Lower Norfolk, VA.
