Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Culpepper passed away Saturday, April 14, in Bastrop. Robert was born November 24, 1919 in Winnsboro to B. B. and Sadie Culpepper. He was a retired mechanic and served in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth, in 1996. Mr. Culpepper is survived by a son: Robbie Culpepper of Houston; 2 daughters: Cheryl Logan of Anderson, Ind. and Brenda Davison of Bastrop; a sister: Myrtie Potter of California; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren..9,10
