DANIEL NIMROD[3] BURKE, JR. (DANIEL NIMROD[2], MORGAN[1]) was born November 25, 1810, and died May 22, 1892. He married ELIZABETH BUTLER, daughter of JOEL BUTLER and PATSY CULPEPPER. She was born November 09, 1816, and died November 22, 1890. Both Daniel and Elizabeth were buired at New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Wilkinson County, GA

Biography* Joel rapidly amassed wealth and became one of the wealthiest land and slave owners of Wilkinson Co, GA. He was a strong believer in the Primitive Baptist Church.
