You or Either of you are hereby authorized to solemnise the rites of matrimony between James L Culpepper & Miss Eliza Jane Harbour, Join them together in the holy bonds of matrimony and for so doing this Shall be your Warrant And due Return of this License make to this office within Sixty days, as the law directs.
