In December of that year, on December 18th, I married to Miss Ida Kate Merritt, daughter of Reverend W. B. Merritt, a local elder living near Dranesville in Marion County.... My wife contracted pneumonia and died in April of 1892, and is buried in Richland, Georgia. |
