George Bright Culpepper, who noted: In Talbotton, Talbot County, Georgia, in 1885, another son was born to Reverend John Butler Culpepper and his wife, Melvina, a boy who was given the name of Giley Rawls [notes from a John Butler Culpepper family packet list the name as "Giles Rawls"]. He lived only a few months [the John Butler Culpepper family packet notes that he "lived 13 mos."] and is buried in Talbotton. |
