Biography* In the 1910 census Winnie was listed as having had three children, two of whom were still living. Only two have been accounted for. Mrs. C. W. (Patricia Burgin) Lee, in a 26 Aug 1994 phone conversation said that Winnie's middle name was "Bell" and was believed to be a family name.
