Biography* Robert Marshall Hunt was known as "Marshall" and he and his wife, Martha, lived in Choate. Tom S. Culpepper noted in Culpepper Heritage Association records: Marshall had a stroke in January, 1988.... His father, Dave Hunt, came through the town of Prairie Lea in a covered wagon when he moved his family from Austin in 1897 to Karnes Co.
