Charles Jr., serves in Taiwan. Tom S. Culpepper noted in Culpepper Heritage Association records that his father "is a foreign missionary for the Southern Baptist Foreign Board. He retired in 1985.... Dr. Charles Culpepper, Jr. moved to 20 acres that they owned in Blanco, which was to be their retirement home. In the Fall of 1987, Dad went to Taiwan as a volunteer, without pay, to teach in the Seminary from which he was teaching when he retired.
