Biography* According to the dedication program, a Carolyn Culpepper Missions Room was dedicated 16 May 1979 at the Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, 1255 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104: The Mid-America Seminary Board of Trustees voted in 1978 to name the missions room in memory of Carolyn Culpepper, the little daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Charles L. Culpepper, Sr., who died in China. Carolyn's death was used of God to help break a terrible custom surrounding the death of little children in the North China Province where they lived during the early years of their missionary service in China.
