COUNTY COURT OF SAID COUNTY: _____Now comes, Louis Culpepper, and shows to the court; _______That Margaret Culpepper is a minor, a female, 20 years of age. _______That Collier Culpepper is a minor, a male, 19 years of age. _______That Quillan Culpepper is a minor, a male, 15 years of age. _______That Veta Culpepper is a minor, a female, 17 years of age. _______That Ruby Jim Culpepper is a minor, a female, 11 years of age. _______And that Russel Culpepper is a minor, a male, 9 years of age. _______That all of said minors reside with your applicant in the City of Runge in Karnes County, Texas, and are without any lawful guardian of their estate. _______That said minors are entitled to an estate of the estimated value of $15,000.00, which is situated in Karnes County, Texas, and consists principally of an undivided interest in an estate. _______That the maternal parent of said minors is dead and that she resided in Karnes County at and prior to her death. _______That your petitioner is not disqualified by law from receiving letters of guardianship and is the father of said minors and entitled to such letters. _______Wherefore your petitioner prays that notice of his application be published as required by law and that he be duly appointed guardian of the estate of said minors, and letters of guardianship issue and for such other orders as the court may see proper to make. __________________________J.
