Biography*  A cousin, Mrs. Eleanor Culpepper Willingham wrote in a 11 Sep 1978 letter that Warren "had a real old Violin - I don't know where it came from, but when we were children we would listen to him play it over the phone. They lived several miles from us. I think perhaps Thelma or Marian, daughters of Emmett Culpepper, fell heir to this. I do not recall which one. Somewhere along the line it was thought to be very valuable - perhaps a Stradivarius."
