C. Culpepper can be found and Thomas Perry Culpepper did marry "Nettie Hyatt" four years later. A "Candace Hyatt" was enumerated in 1910 in neighboring Marshall County as a 13-year-old female, so this is probably the person who married T. C. Culpepper. More research is needed.
