Emmet K. Culpepper, III, age 65 of Decatur, died January 4, 2004. Shambhala Buddist Funeral Services, Sukhavati Ceremony were held. He is survived by his three brothers, James Culpepper of Baton Rouge, LA., Mac Culpepper of Houston, TX., and Chuck Culpepper of Atlanta. His Kindness and Joy will be missed by all who knew him.
