| Biography* | James Henry Culpepper was the son of Francis Louis Elias and Ruth Louise (Ellis) Culpepper. He was born and raised in Ashley Co., AR. In 1916, he married Addie Frances Guest and they settled down in Pine Bluff, AR. after his service in WW I. Pep went to work for his uncle, Malcolm Leslie Luther Culpepper, learned the construction trade and went on to become a noted Pine Bluff, AR architect.5 James Henry Culpepper died in 1976 at the age of 79. |
