Biography* Florence apparently accompanied her husband and his brother on their trip to Texas to find land. Frank and Florence's first child is believed to have died and been buried in Pine Forest, Hopkins Co., TX.5

After Frank and Florence returned to Arkansas, they settled down in Pine Bluff to raise their family. Florence would have been 38 years old when her husband was killed. She has not been located in the 1910 Soundex for Arkansas, but in 1920 census records, she was noted living with her daughter, Alice, and son-in-law, Oscar G. Poss.
