Biography* Lillian Atchley was the daughter of Capos Conley and Lou Anna Augusta (Atchley) Culpepper. Although she was born in Hopkins Co., TX, her parents moved their young family back to Arkansas around 1905 and this is where she would have grown up. She married Leonard Williams and they settled down to raise their family in Grant Co., AR. Lillian was 77 years old when her husband died and she died in 1986 at the age of 83.
