Biography* According to descendant Jennifer Walker, in a May 1999 e-mail, "I do not know the name of John Bradley's mother, but according to my aunt, Lottie Holt, she was a "house" servant, being the daughter of a female slave and the slave owner Culpepper. John Bradley appears to be a very light brown-skinned man in the sepia-toned pictures I have seen."
