Birth*circa 1911 Virginia was born at Mississippi circa 1911. The 1920 census shows sisters, Mamie as age 17 and Virginia as age 19. However, the 1910 census shows that their parents had just married and no children were shown in the household. Then in 1930, Viriginia was shown as recently married and living with her 21 year-old husband and her mother, Maggie. Thus, we have assumed that the ages of Mamie and Virginia were mis-stated in the 1920 census by about ten years, each.3,1,2 
 She was the daughter of William Dennis Culpepper and Maggie (?).
