     According to his niece, Livingston Gene "Genie" Waldron Hudgins, "Foy was killed in an automobile accident not long after his graduation from Princeton."
     Foy's grand-nephew Foy S. Culpepper reports, "There is a statue of Foy Culpepper Waldron at the university there in St. Louis (Washington University)."
