Biography* Obituary:
Jocelyn Culpepper Scott, age 68, went to be with her Lord on 11 Dec 1991. She was born 24 Jan 1923 in Homer, La. and came to Oklahoma in the 1930's. She was a long-time member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Arthur, of the home; daughter, Jeri Ann Goff and husband, Ronnie, of Pascagoula, Ms., Patricia Jean Evanchyk and Jim of OKC; grandchildren, Lora Leigh Cooper, Anna Michelle Evanchyk, Michael Lee Cooper, Jennifer Evanchyk and Sara Goff; mother, Berdell Culpepper of OKC; sister, Billie Jean Howerton and Wayne of MWC; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Capitol Hill Baptist Church with Rev. James R. White officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens. Capitol Hill Funeral Home 2801 S. Robinson 235-5451.1
