Biography* George MASON (c 1760-1843) married a Sarah LNU before 1796. George MASON first appeared in the Washington County, Georgia land records in 1797 when he purchased 180 acres of land, which was partly in Washington County and partly in Montgomery County. George MASON and Sarah had six known children, 4 boys and 2 girls:
