 He was the son of Uhland Napoleon Culpepper and Irene England. 
1910 Census Charlie and Donnie was listed as a grandson in Duncan England's household on the 1910 Census at Girard, Russell Co., Alabama.2 
1920 Census1 Jan 1920 Charlie, Donnie, Comer and Joseph was listed as a son in Irene England's household on the 1920 Census at Columbus, Muscogee Co., Georgia.3 
Death*21 May 1996 He died at Carrollton, Carroll Co., Georgia, on 21 May 1996.4,5 
Biography* Donnie was listed as Johnny in the 1910 census. The SSDI said his last residence was Carroll Co., GA, but the GA Death Index showed that he died in Douglas Co. (adjacent to Carroll Co.) but that his residence had been Ben Hill County (in south GA).
