After receiving my J.D., I worked as an associate attorney at Posz Law Group in Washington metro area, while at the same time studying to receive my Masters in Electrical Engineering at George Mason University until 2003
From 2003 to 2006, I worked for a subsidiary of Denso (International Patent Information & Consultation Service) as in-house patent counsel generally assisting in the managing of the global prosecution of Denso patent applications.
From 2006 to May of 2008, I was a partner at Posz Law Group, where I prosecuted Japanese originating patent applications for Denso, Toyoda Gosei, ADVICS, and other Japanese clients. I also drafted patent applications for various domestic clients such as Texas Instruments, Northrop Grumman, Qualcomm and Freescale.
My main technological areas of expertise at Posz Law Group were semiconductor fabrication processes, vehicle related sensors, brake controllers, electronic navigation systems, air conditioning systems, telecommunications and superconductors.
From May of 2008, I became in house patent counsel for Panasonic of North America.
