     Mrs. Mildred Culpepper, 73, of Duluth, Ga., formerly of Memphis, died Monday at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. Mass will be said at 9:15 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Atlanta, where she was a communicant, with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. H. M. Patterson & Son Funeral Home Oglethorpe Hill Chapel in Atlanta has charge. The wife of J. D. Culpepper, she leaves three daughters, Mrs. Carol [Culpepper] Dew of Lafayette, La., Mrs. Sharon [Culpepper] Land of Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Cindi [Culpepper] Hall of Alpharetta, Ga; three sons, James Culpepper of Athens, Ga., Don Culpepper of Jonesboro, Ark., and Randy Culpepper of Memphis; four sisters, Mrs. Mary[Hopkins] White of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Elizabeth [Hopkins] Halpin of Beaumont, Texas, Mrs. Sue [Hopkins] McKenzie of Gainesville, Ga., and Mrs. Jane [Hopkins] Redden of Memphis; a brother, Ray Hopkins of Grenada, Miss., and 10 grandchildren.      Duluth, GA - Mildred Culpepper, 73 [born circa 1918], Duluth, GA, died May 13, 1991, at a hospital in Atlanta. She was born in Greene County, Ark., and lived in Pine Bluff, Ark., before moving to Duluth. Mrs. Culpepper was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Norcross, GA She is survived by her husband; three sons; three daughters, including Sharon Land, Kansas City; a brother; four sisters; and 10 grandchildren. Services will be at 9:15 a.m. Thursday at the church; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery, Tucker, GA Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the H. M. Patterson & Son Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, Atlanta.
