Biography* Laurie Megan Dezern, infant daughter of Kimberly Culpepper and William Wade Dezern II, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 19, 1996, in a Suffolk hospital. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Stephen D. Culpepper and her paternal grandfather, William W. Dezern (DB shows he is living). Besides her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Charlotte W. Culpepper and her paternal grandmother, Kay L. Dezern, both of Chesapeake; her aunt, Helen D. Conner and her husband, Bill D. Conner, both of Norfolk; and her uncle, Stephen D. Culpepper Jr. of Chesapeake. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Culpepper Family Cemetery on Old Mill Road, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Ernie Myers. The family will receive friends at Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
