Also, it is not clear if a F26-45 was recorded. There should be 1 for Mary Yarborough..2

John Culpepper appears to have been enumerated in both Cabarrus and Anson Counties in 1800..3

War of 1812*1814 He served as an officer in the War of 1812 in 1814.5 
Death*30 Oct 1840 He died at Lawrence Co., Alabama, on 30 Oct 1840.6 
Biography* The Raleigh Register (19 Nov 1840) mentioned that Charles died in "Laurens Co, AL," at the residence of Wade Hampton. This is presumed to be Lawrence Co, AL.
