AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Evelyn J. Culpepper, 74, Abelia Dr., died April 4, 2003, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Lee Ashley and Lula Mae Dunn Johnson. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2003, at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery, Moultrie, Ga; with the Rev. Leo Davis officiating. Survivors include daughter; Vivian Culpepper Estabrook of Sylva, N.C; special friend; Jeannie Hutchinson of Martinez, two brothers; Lee Ashley Johnson of Moultrie and Nick Johnson of Kissimmee, Fla; two sisters; Juanita Davis of Valdosta, and the late Margaret Johnson Ellerd, two grandchildren; Michael Bard Estabrook of Lancaster, Penn; and Kerry Anne Cofield of Bridgewater, Va. Mrs. Culpepper was preceded in death by her husband, W.H. "Pep" Culpepper Jr. Visitation will be from 2:30 until 3 p.m. at the cemetery. Harrell-Faircloth Funeral Home, Moultrie, Ga.1
