Elizabeth Culpepper and Edward Youngman, Norfolk Co., VA, 8 Mar 1798, surety Sion Culpepper makes oath that Elizabeth is of lawful age. Arthur Emmerson, minister. Elizabeth must have been either Sion's sister, or his daughter. . He is mentioned (and excluded from any inheritance) in the will of his mother Mary Culpepper, dated 6 Sep 1812.
