Biography* Obituary:
MILLEDGEVILLE --- Services for Joseph Kinard Culpepper will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sinclair Baptist Church, with entombment in Baldwin Memorial Gardens mausoleum. Culpepper, 68, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2000, at his home. A native of Cadwell, he had lived in Milledgeville for many years. Culpepper was a retired supervisor with Engelhard Kaolin for more than 40 years. He was a member of Sinclair Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ura S. Culpepper of Milledgeville; children Joseph K. Culpepper and Paul K. Culpepper, both of Macon, and Regina Culpepper Baughcum of Milledgeville; sister Lillian (Culpepper) Collins of McIntyre; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Moores Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Oconee or Sinclair Baptist Church Building Fund.1
