Mrs. Florence D. Culpepper Buried Here Tuesday
     Mrs. Florence Dunn Culpepper, 85, a member of one of the early prominent Winn Parish families, died in a Beaumont, Texas hospital Monday after a lengthy illness. She had been making her home in Beaumont with one of her sons.
     Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Jerusalem Baptist Church near Winnfield with the pastor, Rev. J. D. Thompson officiating. He was assisted by C. W. Jones and the South Winnfield Baptist Church Choir. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
     Survivors are two sons, Joseph Culpepper of Beaumont and Charles Culpepper of New Orleans; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Henrietta Levan of Shreveport.
