1820 Census*7 Aug 1820 Wiley was listed as the head of a family on the 1820 Census at Oglethorpe Co., Georgia. All of the enumerated people in this household could be accounted for. However, there is a census count of only one Free White Male age 0-10, while this genealogy includes two: Wiley Hartsfield Sims (1811-1871) and Andrew J. Sims (1816-1870). Thus, it is quite possible that one of these two names was not a member of this household..12
