Marriage*circa 1883 He married Malissa (?) at Terrell Co., Georgia, circa 1883. There is also a marriage date of 29 Mar 1896 in Terrell Co. (Book C-189) between a Malissa McLendon and a John "D" Culpepper. But the 1900 census says that they had been married 17 years..3,4
