Payment of $125.56 is due on or before 25 Dec. next with lawful interest. To better secure the debt, 100 acres on Lick Creek, adj. Moses Walker, being land where said Hudgins now lives. Also, 1 sorrel horse, 4 cows, 3 calves, 5 beds & furniture, 2 chests, table, 7 chairs, 1 pair fire shovel & tongs fire dogs, 2 sad irons, 2 axes, 1 rifle gun, 1 coffee mill, 2 jugs, 2 dishes basins & bowls, 6 plates, 3 pots, 1 D. oven, 2 pails, 2 higgins, pr. steelyards, 3 hoes, 1 mallar, B share plow, 1 hand saw & drawing knife.
