(Grantee) Deed14 Jul 1793 A deed was granted to him by Joseph Anthony Jr. and Elizabeth Anthony and with James Anthony as an adjacent landowner on 14 Jul 1793 at Wilkes Co., Georgia, (Joseph Anthony and Wife Betsy, of Wilkes Co. sell 536 acres on Fishing Creek, on James Anthony's line, to Mark and Bolling Anthony, with all appurtances, thereto appertaining, July 14, 1793. Biography* Bolling built what might have been one of the first brick homes in Wilkes County. He and his wife and other members of the family are buried near the house which became known as the Lane Place.
