Biography* Delegate to the Constitutional Convention; schoolmate of Dr. Moses Waddell, UGA President 1819-1829; moved to Athens, c. 1819, UGA Trustee 1820-32; ruling elder of Presbyterian Church for 25 yrs; obituary in the Southern Banner states he died in Greene Co; younger brother John Nisbet buried in V63.2
