Biography* Obituary:
     David S. Culpepper, the son of the late Anna and St. Clair Culpepper. was born on October 21, 1918 in Barbados, British West Indies. He made the U.S. his home from the age of 10 years old and resided primarily in Brooklyn, NY. After growing into adulthood, he met and married Consueolo Good. From this union, four children were born (Davila, living; Victoria, living; Consuelo, dec'd; and Ricardo, dec'd).
     David workied long hours at Sweet Heart Laundry and after many years of dedicated service he retired in August, 1981.
     David was known to all who came in contact with him as an upstanding, fun-loving, caring and charasmatic man. All throughout life, he was a respected friend to others.
     David was preceded in death by his wife, his son Ricardo Culpepper and his daughter Consuelo M. Culpepper. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving daughters Davilla E. Diaz and Victoria Mears; son-in-law Donnie Mears; grandchildren, Mercedes Romano, Vincent Smith, India Townes, Jennifer Wilson and Rafael Diaz; grandson-in-law, George Wilson; great-grand's Xavier and Giovanni Wilson and Amaria Diaz; nieces Brenda Brithwaite-Mitchell and Karen Brown; nephews Barry Culpepper, Russell Hinkson-Culpepper and Gino Culpepper, and a host of relatives, family and friends.4
