Biography* Obituary:
Joseph Paul Culpepper, 88, of Lockhart died December 23, 2002. He was born Aug. 6, 1914 in Caldwell County to William Henry and Ida Tommy Culpepper. He is survived by a brother, Howard O'Neil Culpepper of Verdi, Nevada; and a host of nieces and nephews. Services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27 at Eeds Funeral Home with burial followed at Old Red Rock Cemetery in Bastrop County. Serving as pallbearers were Billy Don Shirley, Larry Quimby, James Quimby, Gary Culpepper, Joel Culpepper, and Marvin Baker. Services under the direction of Eeds Funeral Home, Lockhart.
