He is survived by a brother, Howard O'Neil Culpepper of Verdi, Nevada; and a host of nieces and nephews. Services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27 at Eeds Funeral Home with burial followed at Old Red Rock Cemetery in Bastrop County. Serving as pallbearers were Billy Don Shirley, Larry Quimby, James Quimby, Gary Culpepper, Joel Culpepper, and Marvin Baker. Services under the direction of Eeds Funeral Home, Lockhart. |
