Mr. Culpepper is survived by his wife, Martha Quimby Culpepper of Austin; four sons, Gary Culpepper, and Kerry Culpepper of Austin, Keith Culpepper of Houston and Joel Culpepper of Austin; a daughter Jana Culpepper of Austin; two sisters, Jewell Roberts of Austin and Ramah Alexander of Pearland; and two grandchildren, Natasha and Dylan Culpepper. Funeral services were held at McCurdy Funeral chapel on 4 Sep, with Rev. Kenneth Thompson of Walnut Baptist Church in Austin officiating. Burial followed at Old Red Rock Cemetery.2
