 She was the daughter of (?) Culpepper of NC and SC and Sarah (?).1 
Research note* All that is known about this family is the 1850 census record, from which it is speculated that young John and Mary Culpepper were the children of Sarah who had first married a Culpepper and then married John H. Williams. It is also possible that Sarah is their aunt. Or, of course, there may be no blood relationship at all between the Culpepper children and the Williams adults.
